A governing body with little apparent interest in keeping members informed and a series of websites that appear to be designed to make everything as obscure and complicated as possible. I want to make use of BCs resources but every time I visit their web services I get frustrated and lose the will to live. I rarely manage to achieve what I wanted to on the websites. Come on guys - you need to think of the user when designing this stuff.
